Frank Shines

I’m Frank Shines, descendant of Kimball Dolphus and Lulu Magee Stroud. My grandfather was Tandy Stroud (son of Kimball and Lulu) and my mother was Vanessa Juanita Stroud who married my father, Franklin Pierce Shines, Sr. in California in 1960.
